We have a wide range of memberships to suit your family’s need for space and, of course, your budget. View the map and price sheet to help find the unit that fits you best. We encourage our new members to tour the grounds to help find the right accommodations. We’re excited for you to join Long Island’s best beach club!

Half share prices include two immediate family memberships per family (same residence), with one car pass. Full unit prices include membership for up to four immediate family members (same residence), with two car passes. Third share prices include two immediate family memberships per family, with one car pass.

Deposits will not be refunded after December 1st, 2023.
